Delivery charges


Standard UK Delivery £2.95, approximately 2-4 working days.

Courier Delivery £6.95 to UK approximately 2-4 working days, excluding the following postcodes:- KA, IV41-49, IV51-56, KA27-28,    KW15-17, PA20, PA41, PA49, PA60-78 and PA44, where there will be an additional charge of £7.50. If you have multiple items the delivery charge, regardless of the size of your order will be £6.95 and delivered by courier.

We ask that someone be available at the delivery address to receive your parcel. If no one is available then it may be left with a neighbour, at a local Post Office or returned to the delivery depot.

We are pleased to be able to offer delivery to BFPO destinations, due to operational issues BFPO is not able to guarantee parcel transit times, parcels are traceable up to the point they are handed to BFPO. 


In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us on 07811 553533 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or email so that we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.




You have fourteen days from date of receipt for a refund or exchange.

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you are able to return your item, with the exception of personalised products, such as personalised towels, peronalised bunting, personalised blankets.

Please retain all packaging until you are sure you wish to keep your items. Should you wish to return an item to us please repack it with care using all original packaging or a suitable alternative.

You can also return your order in person to Weston Turville, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Please contact us for our full address.


This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items.


With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and advise that you

obtain proof of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.


If you wish to cancel your whole order and return it to us, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us

know within eight working days of receiving your parcel.

You can do this by calling us on 07811 553533 or via email at, you will then need to return the whole order to us, at your own expense. Once we receive the whole order back we will issue a full refund excluding postage/carriage. 


Please note this does not apply to personalised items which will not be refunded unless faulty or damaged.
